The Leiden University Libraries will digitalize its collection of the Armenian manuscripts and ancient books, including the first printed Armenian Bible, made in Amsterdam in 1666, Armenia’s Ambassador to the Netherlands Viktor Biyagov said in a post on Twitter.
The Ambassador expressed gratitude to Dr. Arnoud Vrolijk, curator of Oriental Manuscripts and Rare Books at the Leiden University Libraries.
