Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan participated in the official opening ceremony of the OSCE Ministerial Council, during which the participants were welcomed by the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Malta Ian Borg.
Minister Mirzoyan had brief exchanges with colleagues from a number of countries, including Germany, Turkey, Austria, Luxembourg, Ukraine, Netherlands, Andora.
