A new weapon fired by the enemy forces has been found on the territory of the Artsakh Republic, the State Service of Emergency Situations informs.
The study revealed that it was a incendiary cluster weapon about 40 cm in length, the use of which against the civilian population is prohibited under the Geneva and other international conventions.
This weapon is intended for mass destruction and arson.
