
On June 15, in Luxembourg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Tom Berendsen.
Tom Berendsen congratulated Minister Mirzoyan on the parliamentary elections held in line with democratic standards, as well as on the electoral victory. Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the results reflect the choice of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, including with regard to the further development of external cooperation.
The Ministers discussed the joint efforts aimed at deepening the strategic partnership between Armenia and the Netherlands, emphasizing the implementation of concrete projects in both agreed and new areas. The importance of promoting business ties and increasing the volume of bilateral trade was underscored.
Ararat Mirzoyan presented the steps aimed at developing regional connectivity, including the TRIPP project, as well as the dynamics of fostering cooperation in the region. Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and that continued efforts are directed at its further consolidation.
