The Armenian side has dismissed Azerbaijani reports on ceasefire violation.
“The statement issued by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, alleging that on August 15 at approximately 6:10 p.m., units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani combat positions located in the southwestern part of the border, does not correspond to reality,” the Armenian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
It reminded that the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has proposed to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, through diplomatic channels, to establish a bilateral mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violation.
