On June 19, at 1:25 p.m., units of the Azerbaijani forces opened fire from different caliber small arms, targeting the metallurgical plant under construction in Yeraskh, the Defense Ministry informs.
The plant has been the target of Azerbaijani attacks since June 13.
Two Indian nationals working at the construction site were wounded in Azerbaijani shouting on June 14.
