Uruguay’s President Luis Lacalle Pou participated in the commemoration of the 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
“We participated in the event in the Legislative Palace in commemoration of the 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide,” the President said in a Twitter post.
