Artsakh’s President Arayik Harutyunyan received today the Commander of the Russian peacekeeping troops, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, who arrived in Artsakh to monitor the ceasefire regime.
During the meeting the interlocutors exchanged views on specific issues related to the implementation of the mission of the peacekeeping contingent.
