British band Jamiroquai led by Jay Kay performed in Yerevan today.
The concert was held within the framework of the Silk Note Festival.
The festival is a joint initiative of My Step Charity Foundation and the Association for the development of cultural tourism NGO.
Attending today’s concert was Prime Minister Nikol Pahsinyan with wife and daughters.
This British band has released nine albums in their career, sold 30 million copies of records and received many awards, including “Grammy”.
Founded in 1992 by frontman Jay Kay, the pioneers of “future funk” took the world by storm.
Since the release of their debut album ‘Emergency on Planet Earth’ in 1993, Jamiroquai have completed reinvigorated modern pop music while also paving the way as chief influencers of some of today’s most exciting artists.
