The OSCE is concerned about the events around the downing of the helicopter in Nagorno Karabaakh and considers that such incidents threaten to expand the scale of the crisis, OSCE SEcretary general declared Wednesday, RIA Novosti reports.
“We are extremely worried about the developments inside and outside Nagorno Karabakh. Such catastrophes can lead to a wider crisis in the context of the increasingly unstable situation,” Zanier said during hearings at the European Parliament.
