Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received member of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board, Minister Vladimir Goshinin.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to customs cooperation and customs legislation within the framework of Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Common Economic Area.
Vladimir Goshinin briefed the Armenian Prime Minister on the details of development of the new Customs Code of the Customs Union, which will enter into force next year.
The process is coordinated by a working group set up on the level of Deputy Ministers of the three CU member states. Representatives of Armenia will also participate in the process. The next meeting of the working group will take place in Moscow on March 17.
