On 28 February in connection with the 26th anniversary of the Sumgait genocide Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan and top officials of the republic visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers at the monument to the innocent victims.
