In response to a congratulatory message by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Iranian President-elect Hassan Rohani said his administration would expand ties with Armenia in all fields based on understanding, trust and mutual respect, Press TV reported.
In response to a congratulatory message by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Rohani said on Monday that his administration would bring “peace and friendship for all world nations.”
