Armenia came 6th in the contest. A total of 12 countries participated in Junior Eurovision Song Contest held in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The match will take place at “Hanrapatakan” (Republican) Stadium on June 7, at 8 p.m. Yerevan time.

“We play for victory in every match,” head coach of the Armenian national team Vardan Sedrakyan told reporters in a pre-match press conference.

“If we win every game, we’ll qualify for the World Cup,” Minasyan said.

Armenia beat Malta 1-0 in an away match on September 7, 2012. Bookmakers forecast Armenia will win the match.
