
Armenia’s U16 national basketball team has advanced to the semi-finals of the FIBA U16 EuroBasket Division C tournament in Yerevan after completing the group stage with a perfect 4-0 record under head coach Narek Kapushyan.
In their final Group B game, Armenia defeated Monaco 110-78 to secure first place in the group.
Ethan Kazanchyan was named the game’s Most Valuable Player (MVP), finishing with an outstanding all-around performance of 33 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists.
Armenia will face Moldova, the runners-up of Group A, in the semi-finals.
The match will be played on July 11 at 19:00 at the Sport Management Center Hall (41 Manandyan Street) in Yerevan.
