
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Rob Jetten of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, during which the Dutch leader congratulated him on his electoral victory and the successful conduct of Armenia’s recent parliamentary elections.
Jetten praised the free and democratic elections held in Armenia on June 7, 2026, and congratulated Pashinyan on receiving the confidence of Armenian voters.
The Dutch prime minister also expressed support for Armenia’s ongoing democratic reform agenda and efforts to diversify the country’s economy, reaffirming the Netherlands’ commitment to strengthening cooperation with Armenia.
Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked Jetten for his congratulations and for the Netherlands’ readiness to support the political and economic reforms being implemented by the Armenian government.
The conversation underscored the positive trajectory of Armenian-Dutch relations and highlighted international support for Armenia’s democratic development and modernization efforts following the recent elections.
