Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on the occasion of Italy’s national holiday, Republic Day.
In his message, Pashinyan extended warm congratulations to Meloni and the friendly people of Italy, wishing them peace, prosperity, and continued progress.
The Armenian prime minister emphasized the importance Armenia attaches to the continuous development and deepening of relations with Italy, based on shared values and the centuries-old friendship between the two peoples.
Pashinyan also highlighted the effective cooperation established between the two countries both bilaterally and within multilateral platforms, including the framework of the Armenia-European Union partnership.
The prime minister recalled with warmth his meeting with Meloni in Yerevan during the 8th Summit of the European Political Community and expressed confidence that, through joint and consistent efforts, Armenia-Italy relations would continue to strengthen and expand, acquiring new quality and substance.
Reiterating his congratulations, Pashinyan wished the Italian people peace, well-being, and continued advancement.
