Prospects for development of Armenia-Greece economic relations discussed in Athens

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan met with Dimitris Skalkos, Secretary General for International Economic Affairs of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Board of “Enterprise Greece.”

The prospects for development of bilateral economic relations were discussed. The Ambassador outlined the directions where there is potential for developing cooperation. In this context, the 6th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation between Armenia and Greece, held in Yerevan in December 2024, was highlighted.

The Ambassador wished Dimitris Skalkos success in participating in the Second International Conference of the Yerevan Dialogue and in his upcoming visit to Armenia for this purpose.
