Members of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), accompanied by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the Armenian National Assembly Vladimir Vardanyan, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex on December 10.
The guests laid flowers at the eternal flame, paying tribute to the memory of the Holy Martyrs.
