China’s J-20S and J-35A stealth fighter jets were on display together at the venue for the 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition in Zhuhai, south China’s Guangdong Province, on Sunday, Reuters reports.
According to Wang Dongbo, a staff member of Shenyang Aircraft Design Institute of Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC), the J-20S is a heavy-duty radar-evading fighter jet with long-range operation and multi-function capabilities. The J-35A functions within both stealth and counter-stealth combat frameworks, focusing on air control combat and taking into account face-to-face combat.
