Kamala Harris is preparing to make a concession speech after Donald Trump’s historic US presidential election victory.
Harris will address the nation for the first time since her defeat when she speaks to supporters at Howard University at 16:00 EST (21:00 GMT).
Second Gentleman Douglass Emhoff will also attend.
Before that, they say she will receive briefings and conduct internal staff meetings, which are closed to the press.
