In cooperation with the government, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) is working out legislation on crypto assets, CBA President Martin Galstyan said at a press conference today.
“We have discussed it with the private sector, as well. At the moment our approach is based on European directives, which set certain rules for the sphere,” he said.
Galstyan refrained from providing details about the law. He said the draft will be sent to the National Assembly for further consideration.
