Putin to hold bilateral meetings with Pashinyan and Aliyev

Russian president Vladimir Putin will hold bilateral meetings with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday, October 8, his aide Yuri Ushakov has said at a briefing with journalists.

“The issues of normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be discussed,” he said. “Russia is playing an active, positive role here.”

The leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are attending the regular session of the CIS Council of Heads of State in Moscow.
