Missiles were launched from Iran towards Israel, the Israeli military said in a statement.
It added that sirens sounded all across Israel.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) urged Israelis to “remain alert and precisely follow the home front command’s instructions.”
Iran’s state-run news agency IRNA confirmed that Tehran’s military has started launching ballistic missiles towards Israel.
