Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will confer the Order of Madara Horseman on the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Bulgaria, Armen Edigaryan, the Bulgarian News Agency reports.
Edigaryan will receive the honours for great merits in the strengthening and development of bilateral relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Armenia.
Foreign and Bulgarian citizens are awarded the Order of Madara Horseman for particularly great merits in the establishment, strengthening and development of bilateral relations with Bulgaria.
