Two rockets were fired from Gaza toward Israel; one landed in the sea in the Tel Aviv area and the other did not cross into Israeli territory, the the Israel Defense Forces confirmed, the Times of Israel reports.
Hamas claimed to have fired the two long-range rockets at Tel Aviv, in its first attack on the city in central Israel since late May.
