Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had an exchange with OSCE Chair-in-office, FM of Malta Ian Borg on the sidelines of the session of CoE Committee of Ministers in Strasbourg.
Following discussions in Yerevan, the interlocutors touched upon issues on OSCE agenda and regional topics, South Caucasus in particular.
