Canada is deeply saddened by the explosion of the fuel depot in Stepanakert, capital of Nagorno Karabakh, the Foreign Ministry said in post on X (formerly Twitter).
“Canada offers its most sincere condolences to the victims and their families. We call for an unimpeded international humanitarian access in the region,” the Ministry said.
