According to the information received from the Stepanakert’s morgue by the Office of the Human Rights Defender, as of 22:30, 27 people has vied as a result of the full-fledged terrorist attack by Azerbaijan, Artsakh’s Human Rights Defender informs.
There are two civilians among the dead. More than 200 are inured.
