Luxembourg’s Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn has condemned in the strongest possible terms Azerbaijan’s military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Military action, in particular in populated areas, must stop immediately and the lives of civilians must be protected. Azerbaijan must abide by its international commitments,” the Foreign Minister said.
Five people have died, 80 are injured as a result of Azerbaijan’s large-scale attack on the Republic of Artsakh.
