The deadly attacks by Azerbaijani forces and the brutalization of innocent Armenian students earlier this week are further proof that Aliyev is using the Lachin blockade to intimidate and target Armenians in Artsakh, Congressman Frank Pallone said in a post on X (formely Twitter),
“He is deepening his campaign of ethnic cleansing against Armenians,” Rep. Pallone said.
