The meeting of the UN Security Council is a test for efficiency of international actors, Artsakh’s Foreign Ministry says.
On Aug 16, UNSC will convene an emergency meeting to discuss deteriorating humanitarian situation caused by the blockade imposed on the civilian population of Republic of Artsakh by Azerbaijani authorities.
