On June 16, at 10 a.m., units of the Azerbaijani army opened fire from different caliber small arms on the metallurgical plant under construction in Yeraskh, the Ministry of Defense informs.
Two Indian nationals were wounded as Azerbaijan opened fire in the direction of the plant earlier this week.
EU monitors, representatives of foreign diplomatic missions visited the site after the incident.
