Russia highly appreciates the constructive dialogue with Armenia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a birthday congratulation to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“It is important that, despite the difficult international situation, allied relations between Russia and Armenia continue to develop successfully,” Putin said.
“I look forward to continuing our joint work with you on issues on the bilateral and regional agenda,” the Russian President added.
