On April 11, at around 4:00 p.m., units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire at the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia carrying out engineering works in the area of Tegh community, the Ministry of Defense reports.
The Armenian side resorted to retaliatory actions, the Ministry says.
Casualties are reported. The Ministry of Defense will provide an update on the situation.
