Russia says it’s summoned the US ambassador to the foreign ministry in Moscow.
The decision to call in Lynne Tracy was prompted by an “expanding US involvement in hostilities” in Ukraine, a statement reads.
The ministry accuses America of “pumping” of Kyiv with weapons and pursuing an “aggressive course.”
The “note of protest” handed to Tracy called on the US to de-escalate the war by withdrawing Nato equipment.
