Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States, Lilit Makunts, met with Mr. Louis Bono, Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair.
The situation in the Lachin corridor and the humanitarian crisis as well as other issues of mutual interest were discussed.
Last week US Secretary of State Antony Blinken appointed Louis L. Bono, a member of the Senior Foreign Service, as Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations. In this capacity, Mr. Bono will work with regional leaders to advance the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
