President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree, according to which a partial military mobilization was declared in the republic from August 3, 2022.
The situation on the line of contact has been tense for two days. According to Artsakh’s Defense Army, one soldier was killed, eight were wounded in Azerbaijani drone attack.
