Magnitude 3.6 earthquake hits 14 km north-east of Bavra, Armenia

A 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit 14 km north-east of the village of Bavra, Armenia.

The quake was registered at 05:09 local time (01:09 GMT), Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reported.

The earthquake measured 4-5 at the epicenter.

It was felt in Bavra, Saragyugh, Tavshut, Ghazanchi, Ashotsk, Musayelyan villages of Shirak region, Paghaghbyur, Metsavan, Dzoramut villages of Lori region, as well as in Tashir city.
