The Azerbaijani armed forces violated the line of contact in the neutral zone near the Seysulan settlement in Martakert region, Artsakh InfoCenter reports.
As a result of the negotiations undertaken by the Russian peacekeeping troops in Artsakh, the Azerbaijani troops agreed to return to their starting positions.
