Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire in the direction of Armenian farmers from positions located in the vicinity of the village of Khramort in Artsakh’s Askeran region.
The incident was registered at about 3:30 today, Artsakh’s Prosecutor’s Office informs.
The tractor was destroyed, while the civilians survived thanks to the intervention of the Russian peacekeepers.
