The delegations of Armenia and Turkey arrived at the reception house of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow, where the first meeting of the special representatives of the two countries on the normalization of bilateral relations will take place, RIA Novosti reports.
The special representative of Armenia is the deputy chairman of the Armenian National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, Turkey is represented by former ambassador to the United States Serdar Kilic.
