One year after the war unleashed against Artsakh a number of questions remain unanswered, Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan told a press conference today.
Furthermore, he said, new questions have emerged in this period, which also require answers.
He offers setting up a commission to investigate the causes of the war with active involvement of the opposition.
“Any other option will lack public trust,” he said.
Kocharyan said the crisis in the country cannot be overcome without giving answers to fundamental issues. He noted that there are many people in the country who will not accept the current situation until they receive the necessary clarifications.
