Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler, Olympic champion Artur Aleksanyan reached the semifinals of Tokyo 2020, defeating the representative of Finland Arvi Martin Savolainen 5-1 in the quarterfinals.
In the 1/8 final, he defeated Kyrgyzstan’s Uzur Guzupbekov 4-1.
The semi-finals will be held today starting from 13:15.
Artur Aleksanyan won the Olympic gold in Rio in 2016.
