According to a decree signed by President Armen Sarkissian, Vagharshak Harutyunyan has been relieved of the post of acting Defense Minister.
According to another presidential decree, Arshak Karapetyan has been dismissed from the post of First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
