According to a decision signed by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Grigoryan has been dismissed from the post of Secretary of the Security Council.
According to another decision, Grigoryan has been appointed first Deputy Foreign Minister.
Armen Grigoryan served as secretary of the Security Council from May 2018.
