Legislation to condemn Azerbaijani and Turkish aggression and recognize the Republic of Artsakh’s inalienable right to self-determination has been introduced to the Connecticut House of Representatives.
The legislation has been submitted by State Rep. Edwin Vargas and State Rep. William Petit, reports the Armenian National Committee of America – Eastern Region (ANCA-ER).
