French President Emmanuel Macron has pledged to support the ongoing efforts to ensure the release of all prisoners, and to support the economic development of Armenia, his Office says.
During a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Macron reiterated his determination to work for a balanced political process in order to find a lasting political solution after the ceasefire agreement of 9 November.
