Artsakh’s President Arayik Harutyunyan has signed a decree, appointing former Foreign Minister Masis Mayilian as Ambassador-at-Large, the President’s Press Office reports.
Masis Mayilian was earlier relieved of the duties of the Foreign Minister of Artsakh. David Babayan will replace him on the post.
