Residents of Artsakh’s Kashatagh and Shahumyan regions have been asked not to hurry to take out their property from homes.
“The issues of territorial concessions and the terms announced in that context are yet to be discussed with the Artsakh authorities,” Vahram Poghosyan, Spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, said in a Facebook post.
“When these discussions take place, and there are relevant clarifications, the Government of Artsakh will make a relevant statement,” the Spokesperson said.
